Getting Started With Us Is Easy

3 steps to starting services and we are with you along the way!

Note: This is not applicable to social skills groups

1. Initial Contact

  • Determine if Next Steps is the right provider for your needs
  • Gather information re: eligibility of insurance benefits
  • Schedule an intake appointment or share alternative services

2. Tour and Intake

  • Discussion re: child's strengths and weaknesses, prorities for treatment, history, and timeline
  • Determination of insurance eligibility
  • 2-Hour Appointment for contact review, consent signatures, insurance/school forms; observation and assessment; follow up questions, schedule development

3. Goal Development & Service Implementation

  • Complete historical review and assessments
  • Develop goals and program curriculum
  • Initial assessment report completed and services initiated within 30 days
  • Regular progress reports according to service agreement and/or insurance mandate
